We collect only information you voluntarily provide via our contact forms (name, email, inquiry details). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
When you use a third-party account (such as QQ or Alipay) to sign in or link your account, we receive the information that platform provides to us, including an account identifier (such as an openid), your nickname, and your avatar. We use this information only to create your account, recognize you when you sign in, and display it on your profile. It is not used for any other purpose and is not provided to any third party.

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiries and provide our consulting services.
We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage, only to operate the site. A login session cookie keeps you signed in after you log in (stored for up to 7 days, and cleared when you sign out). During third-party sign-in (such as QQ or Alipay), a short-lived security cookie protects the sign-in process against cross-site request forgery. Your language preference is saved in your browser's local storage, so the portal remembers whether you chose Chinese or English. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can view, manage, or clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings; clearing the session cookie will sign you out.

You can register and sign in with a mobile number or an email address, or with a third-party account such as QQ or Alipay. You may request closure of your account and deletion of your personal data at any time. Use the account deletion option on your profile page in the portal, or contact us by email. In accordance with applicable laws (including China's Personal Information Protection Law), you have the right to access, manage, and delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, use the account features in the portal or email us at clientcare@aixingtali.com.
您可以使用手机号码或邮箱注册、登录，也可以使用第三方账号（如 QQ、支付宝）登录。您可以随时申请注销账号并删除个人信息：在门户「我的资料」页面使用「注销账号」功能，或通过邮件联系我们。依据适用法律法规（包括《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》），您有权访问、管理及删除您的个人信息。行使上述权利的方式：使用门户内的账号功能，或发送邮件至 clientcare@aixingtali.com。
When you request account deletion, your account first enters a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you can still sign in and cancel the request. After the cooling-off period ends, deletion is executed: the account is deactivated, your login credentials (mobile number, email address, and linked third-party accounts) are released, and your personal profile information (such as your nickname and avatar) is anonymized. Records that we are required to keep under applicable laws (such as transaction and audit records) are retained after the account is closed. Deletion requests are processed automatically, and are typically completed shortly after the cooling-off period ends.
当您申请注销账号时，账号将先进入 7 天冷静期；冷静期内您仍可登录并撤销申请。冷静期结束后，我们将执行注销：账号停用，登录凭据（手机号、邮箱及已绑定的第三方账号）被释放，个人资料信息（如昵称、头像）被匿名化处理。依据适用法律法规要求保留的记录（如交易与审计记录），在账号注销后仍会保留。注销申请由系统自动处理，通常在冷静期结束后不久完成。
